Before joining the organisation you might like to take the opportunity to come along and watch a class and speak with an Instructor. This will give you an opportunity to ask any questions you might have. You can also pay a one off £10 for a taster session. This will allow you to get the feel for the class before committing to a course. An instructor will cover some of the basic defences with you prior to the class starting.

Our current membership options are: Senior Membership 12 years of age + £30 per month for one class per week. NOTE: All Payments are by Direct Debit Only. This guarantees your place in the class. Please note that membership is extremely limited.
